Cancellation terms

All cancellations must be notified in writing to the conference secretariat at info@cap-partner.eu. Fees will be reimbursed less a processing fee of DKK 350 provided written notice of cancellation is received by the conference secretariat up to and including 19 February 2023. All refunds will be processed after the conference. If cancellation is made after this date no refund of the fee can be expected.
Please note: Dinner tickets are non-refundable.

In case the meeting is cancelled for reasons beyond the control of the organiser, the fees will be refunded after expenses incurred by the meeting, have been deducted.
 

Sharing of contact details

CAP Partner has been appointed the official secretariat for the conference. CAP Partner will collect and store all personal data through the online registration system and will be treated by CAP Partner only for organizational purposes, in particular for matters in relation to the preparation and execution of the conference, here under registration and information about the congress. Your data will not be passed on to any third party.

 

Sharing content from the conference

We encorage you to share pictures and experinces from the conference with colleagues - both in person and on social media, but please show consideration for the people in your photographs when you share them. 

Please note that photos will also be taken during the conference for use on the MiFFI website and MiFFI social media. If you identify yourself in a specific picture or video after the conference and you do not wish it to appear on the website or social media, please contact the MiFFI Secretariat and we will delete the picture.
